I found a clip on youtube for a new Yin Yoga workout called Piano yoga. It has live piano being played during the yin practice. I like the looks of it. Maybe if we ask Mary she will order it.

I had kind of given up on yin as most of the stretches are too much for me with too little alternative, but this sounds lovely and looks good too. Would be nice if Mary had it

So just a heads up and I opted to wait until their English version becomes available.

The reviews are not very specific. If anyone is interested, I can translate them verbally, but they all say, that the exercises/holds are done at a slow tempo and that the music is nice. One reviewer decribed it as "Yin Yoga which starts with sun salutations".

I put it in my Lovefilm-queue (that's the local version of netflix), but it may take a while before I get it. And honestly, I am not good with reviews :o but anything is better than nothing, so I'll try my best, if you are interested. :)

I'm interested if this ever gets translated into English.
