Debbie Seibers Body Dynamix 1 & 2
 

For those of you that purchased these, what are you thoughts. I am looking for some slower more restorative type workouts without a lot of high impact. did any by the add on? Your thought would be appreciated for both programs.

I remembered these were discussed, and found three threads when I did a tag search for Body Dynamix if you want to check those out. I’m going back to read through them.

The first set was decent and available initially on youtube for free.

IMHO, the samples of the second set on facebook are unappealing by comparison.
Less professional, boring, and very overpriced.

I did the first set when it was on youtube for free. I don't remember much about it except thinking that I had better versions of all of the workouts already.

I have both sets and am saving them for when I'm old and can't do much. What little I've done of them has not impressed me.

I have both sets and love them, don't judge until you do them, they sneak up on you. Once you get familiar with them, mute and use your own music. Debbie does an excellent job, and one of the ladies in the "class" is 70, doesn't look it at all.

When I go to those 2 links, they look like two totally different sets to me.
