For the past few years, I've seen various Weight Watchers kits at Costco, beginning in January (maybe to capture the New Year's Resolution crowd). That's where I got several with Stephanie Huckabee.
I don't belong to Weight Watchers, but I wanted Suzanne Bowen's workout. I found a local WW branch and bought it there. Ann :sun: |

I'm thinking of alternating 1 week of this WW workout with the FitPrime & KickButt Parts: QuickStart - 4 Day Quickie as well as their other 6 Day Trainer as well as the fusion one. [I have yet to do a complete rotation with all Fp/Kb regular DVDs..:o:p] |
