KCM's new video clip...Looks upbeat!
 

KCM's new video clip for her new cardio workout looks pretty fun! It's definitely a new vibe/look for her workouts! This one looks tempting!

I just got this one on Saturday. I have done it twice already and enjoy it.

The clip really doesn't show a distinction btwn workout 1 and 2. Are they dramatically different? They look more advanced from a cardio standpoint than her other workouts, do you feel that is the case? Thanks.

How much high impact is there? I am getting away from that as my body isn't liking it anymore.

I'm crushing on KCM right now, even though she's hit or miss for me (about one hit in five misses, really), but I'm always on the lookout for the next love! :love:

I am debating putting this on my holiday wish list. It looks fun, but I am not fond of the music. I am a total music snob, though! :D I see there is a "music off" option but I don't know how to figure out music that would fit the workout.

I really like KCM too, even though I don't click with all of her workouts. I have found a few winners though in Lean Body Circuits, Plateau Buster and Cardio Pump, largely thanks to you! :) :)

That's me too! I love her. She is so sweet, knowledgable, energetic etc. I just don't click with alot of her stuff so I was so pleased to have finally found a few that I like.
