Intermediate Fluidity vs Beginner Fluidity

I got Fluidity a few weeks ago, and so far I've stuck with the Beginner/Instructional dvd. I figured I'd take out the Intermediate today, even though I could only do some of the advanced modifications in the Beginner dvd. I am so glad I did!!! It's a little bit longer (37 vs 29 minutes), and it includes just about all the exercises from the beginner plus some new ones. It also flows a bit better, since you don't have to have as much instruction. The good part, though, is that there are still 3 choices - beginner, intermediate, and advanced, for all exercises. So if you are holding off on moving to the intermediate because you haven't mastered all the exercises in the first one yet, don't wait!! I think the first one is basically to get the moves and form down. I wish I'd tried it sooner!!!

And I can tell it works you SO much harder with the additional reps and exercises. OMG. I did the workout about 6 hours ago and my thighs are already hurting!!!

I agree. I like the Intermediate better, too. It's challenging enough, but not TOO challenging, esp. since they still show beginner modifications.
