If you could slow down a workout...

There was a posting on Cathe's site about a dvd player that could play dvd's at various speeds, including .80. Many people there commented how great it was to do Cathe's step videos at 80% speed (and I agree it would be good for complicated step).

I immediately went to amazon and ordered the dvd player since it was only $39 and I thought of all the workouts I'd like to slow down a little. It doesn't slow them down so much really. I put in a cathe dvd and it sounded normal but was just a slightly slower pace.

My first thoughts were Michelle Dozois Peak 10 Cardio Strength workouts - they seem like so much fun, but are just too fast.
My second thought was Dreambody workouts.

What workouts would you slow down a little?

This is interesting. I never knew that a DVD player could work that way. I agree about the Michele Dozios workouts. They are really fast!

Dreambody. Every. Single. One.

They are just manic.

I have done this on some Cathe dvds with my Sony 5 disc player which slows speed slightly. Voices and music are dragged out a little, not so much that it bothers me.

any of Cathe's weight workouts and Metrx 180.

CLERKIN11:
Could you please provide the link to the dvd player on Amazon? I am not turning up anything in my search. Thanks.

LOL You read my mind completely. These are the very first workouts I thought of when the question was posed. Too bad this player isn't all it's cracked up to be apparently. Although even at 80% Dreambody is probably still too frantic.

There are some that would be nice to slow down a little when you are first trying to follow them. Like the Michelle Dozois 360s. Anything like that where you are constantly switching moves or changing out weights with no time to do it.
