BJ Metashred Question and Upcoming Metashred Extreme
 

I'm going to start a rotation of Metashred. I know that these workouts don't have a warmup or cooldown. But i am really limited to 30 mins. Is it ok to not include a warmup?

Also Metashred Extreme is available for preorder to be shipped in Jan 2017. I haven't ordered yet I want to use his original one first. Also it is a bit pricy but comes with all the bands he uses in the workouts. There is no description of the individual workouts which I would real like.

Love the Original and ITA that it seems like a lot for the new set. Plus all those bands and what not. Plus WTH is blood flow restriction training?

Almost all the MetaShred workouts start with an "easier" round which is much like a warmup round. I have not missed having a formal warmup at all. There is also no cool-down but I often stretch after if I have time.

MetaShred is AWESOME!!! I have DeltaFit which I love and am just getting done with a MetaShred rotation (my own). MS is terrific!! I am ordering the Extreme set for sure if it's anything like the first one. I'm assuming it will be harder. I'm ready. :D

I am definitely interested in this set! I wonder if it will be available on the Rodale site for less after it is released? They always have that customer25 discount code. Maybe the current price is a special preorder discount? Hmmm....what to do! :confused:
