Beyond Barre
 

I got an email from them this week saying they are releasing 2 DVDs. These are the people with the slide board a few years back that we were all so excited about. Loved the clip on youtube. I think they are called Fit and Grace. Don't know if you need a board for these workouts.
The workouts should be out pretty soon.
Not so interested in a board any longer but interested to see what they release.

Not to burst anyone's bubble, but I'll believe it when i see it.......as they've been saying they are coming out with DVDs for a long time.
