Cathe's ICE Low Impact Sweat - premix All Step. This was a great little premix - I need to remember it. It includes the step work from the blizzard blast. So it is not all low impact, but that blast would be easy to modify if necessary. This really got my heart rate up.

Turbo Kick- Turbo Sport
Chalene's sister leads this workout and she does a great job! My core was thoroughly worked in the workout (as well as my entire body), but my core was so fried I could only complete one round of abs at the end instead of two. |
