Wow guys, this is the perfect DVD -- at least Disc 1. :) I did workout 1 and 2 and I felt so amazingly good at the end and still buzzing.
I like the fact that I can make it as short or as long as I want. Separate warm ups, extra abs -- ideal. It is hard, bur very doable zero dread factor. She is as sweet as it gets, and I don't mind the lack of music. Perfect DVD....

I'm really enjoying these too despite the lack of music...I just bust out my own playlist and get to it!

I'm such a vidiot! I just read your post and thought, hmmm..I must look into this because I've heard so many good things about these workouts. Guess what??? I ordered it last week and completely forgot that I had!

Did Workout 1 on Sunday, and it was great! Today, I did Workout 2 and it was also good, BUT, I wanted to point a couple of things out.... First, she only goes through the exercises once and I really think it would have been better to split into at least 2 rounds; especially since it took so long to do the 60 reps of (10 high knees into plank X 60 times!!) It would have been better to have that at 2 rounds of 20 (for a total of 40, instead of 60) or maybe even just 2 rounds of 40. Also, on the first exercise, the prisoner get ups I think that's what they're called), she only does 10 reps of that move ALL on the same leg. I wound up pausing the workout during the high knee's plank move and did another 10 on the other leg. This is a super challenging workout and let me tell you, it is not easy doing 30 side lunge jumps followed by 40 full (into curtsey lunge) skater jumps. Phew! She truly has some amazing endurance. I loved the first 3 exercises, but the last 3 went on too long and I feel would have been better had they been split up into the 2 rounds as mentioned above. Still, I got a great workout and I know I will feel this tomorrow. She is extremely movtivating. I'm looking forward to workouts 3 and 4:)

I just finished #2 an hour ago. Personally, I do Zuzana's workouts on my own, and yes, you can easily change the format. So instead of doing all 60 reps at once, break it into 10 rep sets, etc.

I just did workout one, and this was my first time working out with Zuzana. Omg - she's such a dollbaby - I just love her! It was really hard - in fact, I had to modify quite a bit, because I haven't done anything like this in quite a while. But, let me tell you, it was pretty near perfect if you ask me. Leaves me with much room to grow, and I think will do wonders for my endurance. I plan on using these as a finisher for my TA workouts, and they are exactly what I wanted them to be! :sun:

i agree with this...her ZWOW workouts on youtube are Fantastic and an excellent way to mix it up!

She never disappoints!

I've done Zcut Cardio Vol 1 and Vol 2 so far and they're superb! TOUGH STUFF and they seem to get harder as you go thru the 3 dvds. I still have Vol 3 to try.

Only negatives I can find is that so far, Vol 1 and Vol 2 have exactly the same warmup, cooldown and bonus abs. But that's not a deal breaker. And the lack of music isn't a biggie because between Zuzana's and my heavy breathing, I wouldn't hear it. LOL.

She really is sweet as can be. Seems genuine. And works her butt off!!! Just needs a cameraman who doesn't keep zooming in on her chest.
