Excellent Joanna!!!
Thanks so much!!! |
Hi Joanna,
Can you include GAIAM walking CD, it really is an awesome CD. Thanks! Instructor is Madeline Lewis. |
I'm with Ooty. That is a good CD.
And thanks! |
Thanks, I added it!

Thanks, Joanna. I'm home sick this week and I can have fun checking these out.
Leslie Sansone has 6 audio walking CDs availabe at Collage. I bought the "Walking For Everybody" Advanced one. It isn't very good. Shiva Rea and Ateeka have several audio CDs, too. Also, SELF magazine has a bunch of workout MP3s you can download for free - but you have to register. You don' have to use your real info. It is in the "Reach Your Goal" section: http://www.self.com/goal/welcome I haven't even tried them yet. But, heck they're FREE! :D |
Thanks, Joanna. I found Marina's workouts at iTunes and listened to some of them the other day.
I would also like to let everyone know that you can also download software that enables you to rip the audio from any of your DVDs. I bought DVD Audio Ripper, and it's really use to use. Other VFers have bought Total Recorder. |
I listened to some strength training podcasts by "Leanness Lifestyle" coach, David Greenwalt. There are 30 second commercials for his sponsor at the beginning. They sound pretty good. (Except for the Stretching one by some other guy. It sounds like it was recorded off of a telephone!)
You have to subscribe through iTunes, or another podcast subscription service. http://blog.muscleaudio.com/ |
For the gym
Sean gave a thumbs up to this program ( not specifically Flex 4, but muscle audio in general) on CC forum and a couple of people on CC forum absolutely love these downloads. From VF forum, Skelly ( I think, writing from memory), did very well on the Leanness Lifestyle program. But I think this program is only for the gym goers.
