Has Anyone Tried DDP Yoga?

I was browsing Kimberly Snyder's blog and came across this video. The workouts are here.

I was considering Ultimate Yogi but wanted feedback before hitting the Buy button. Thanks.

Okay, nevermind. When I typed 'ddp yoga' in the Tags box I was able to find all the threads about it. :o

I've debated between these two and Kurt Johnson's APY 60, what did you choose?

I have tried all three of these. They are all different and good in their own way. However, if I had to choose just one it would be UY. I love this set. DDP is more active yoga than the other two. Good luck deciding!

Ditto. I enjoyed UY style/visuals the most (that's just my personal preference) but in terms of results also had the best strength/flexibility gains with the UY set. In comparison to the other sets, DDP seemed to give me strength gains (like a weight workout) but not as much flexibility. I didn't feel as stretched out or relaxed when I finished.

FYI, the APY60 practices were solid but I personally couldn't tolerate Kurt's excessive talking/preaching. I could never relax or get into the "zone". Kind of surprised me because when I initially saw the UY clips Travis seemed uber annoying and Kurt seemed fine. As it turns out, I get so engaged in the UY practices that I rarely notice Travis.

I read everything and I think UY is going to be what I need right now. :)
