Barre streaming that is more traditional..not fast speedy movements.
 

Hi,

I am looking for a streaming Barre workout that is not about speed. I have recently tried Xtend Barre..and I hate how fast it moves. I feel that I end up with bad form etc.

I have done Callanetics- I like it..just not what I am wanting

I really like Lisa's Cardio Barre on Pilates by Lisa..but she only has a week worth of workouts. But love the pace and the intensity.

I like Suzanne B. but wanting something different.

I have similar taste in barre workouts. I also really like Lisa's barre workouts and wish she'd make more. Have you tried Ballet Physique? I really like the pace of their streaming workouts. I tried their DVDs, but like their streaming workouts better. There are a variety of workouts and feel like they are similar to Lisa's workouts in terms of pace and choice of exercises. I also like the variety of instructors. Many, if not all, are former dancers.

Not sure what level of Lisa's membership you signed up for, but she has a few other barre workouts that I really like in her lowest level of membership, in addition to the barre program that is a little more on a monthly basis.
