Has Anyone Ordered Directly from the Jari Love Website?

I was wondering if anyone has ordered directly from the Jari Love website. If so, did your order go smoothly?

Yes I did around a year ago. It did not go smooth but I always had communication from them and I got a free pair of socks and an apology.

The problem was shipping. My order was never shipped. I emailed them until it was. I live in Michigan.
