New get ripped workout coming from Jari..
 

Saw on her Facebook that she filmed a new get ripped 1000. Should be ready in a month she said! Have not done her workouts in a while.. but I do like the burn from them.. great calorie blasters!

i wish she'd add more premixes, ala KCM. i tried asking at jari's website, but didn't get a response.

i'm still interested in anything new that comes from jari despite this.:)

I hope she doesn't use that dark set...and that Laurie doesn't lead any parts of it.

But ... Will it be on DVD or streaming? I remember her filming last year, but only streaming even though she asked us about preferring DVDs. I'm not sure she ever released those workouts in any format. :confused:
