been stalking really good threads about people's favorites since today is Kelly's sale.

i want to get more of her workouts that have more weights segments. i already own about 14 KCMs.

QUESTION: what are your favorite KCM weights workouts, and if you could, quick sentence on why it's your favorite?

I love Body Shop, especially the tempo as it allows me to go heavier. It's a thorough strength workout, and I always seem to feel it the next day.

Your Best Body is also great. Well-designed with great pre-mixes.

It's hard to go wrong with KCM, though;)

thats so true, as far as i'm concerned KCM hasn't made a clunker yet

the following have made the short list for this possible order:
30MTF Muscle Definition - can go heavy, can use as endurance w/o; good premixes
30MTF Muscle Up/Lift 2B Fit - can heavy up
30MTF Plateau Buster - easier weight training w/o

also considered these:
30MTF Body Shop
30MTF Split Sessions
30MTF Strength & Stamina (bonus step routine is good to have too)
30MTF Your Best Body

Way back in the day, I bought Body Shop, Plateau Buster, and Cardio Blast (or something like that). I ended up keeping Body Shop and giving away the other two because they bored me.

Body Shop is a top-notch strength workout. I don't have Split Sessions since I like to do total body workouts, but Strength & Stamina is another good one. If I were you, I would get both.

i traded my very first Kelly - Bootcamp. later on, i tried NYC and loved it, then went on a KCM binge.

it's possible i was having an off-day for Bootcamp and didn't even bother with the premixes. i just wasn't very experienced with her 30MTF series.....:o

As I recall, Split Sessions has at least one total body premix.

I love the band work in Split Sessions. But she doesn't include it in the total body premix. Great hip and thigh work. I didn't like this dvd at first but it is great for a cardio add on. Good lower body work.

I hate to enable :D but I checked this morning and there are two full-body premixes - one is 50 minutes and one is 35 minutes. Sorry! (Heh heh)
