Pilates ring and mini ball?
 

Do instructors no longer make videoes for the pilates ring and mini ball?

I searched on Amazon and Ebay today and I only see the same old workouts? I was kinda hoping to find something new.

Anything new in the last year or so?

As I get older(40 now and only 4'11") I'm finding My lower body getting much thicker. Ballet, pilates with the mini ball and ring seem to help the most to slim me down. I havent worked out consistantly in 2 years and I really need to bet my butt in gear!

I hadn't noticed that. But, I have a streaming membership with The Gymbox, and many of their Pilates and Barre workouts incorporate the ball, as well as pilates ring. I love workouts that use gadgets, lol.

I second The Gymbox as well.
