Walk 15
 

I would have posted on my original thread, but for some reason, I can’t open it. Today I did the 2-mile walk and then compared it with the Express Cuts 2 mile. Apparently the footage is mostly the same, but the Express Cuts starts with the 2nd mile from the 2-mile walk and there is no warm up walk in the second walk with Leslie that DID have warm up walk on the main DVD where it was the first walk. Also, now that I’ve done 3 walks I’ve discovered the cool down/stretch is the same for each walk. And in the first mile of the 2-mile walk there is a background exerciser that I swear is Kathy Garver. I was hoping there was going to be a list of the cast at the end, but there wasn’t. If this woman isn’t Kathy Garver, she could pass for her twin. I’m going to keep looking for a list of the cast. Sorry if this post doesn’t make much sense. 🤪

I like this set. I like the variety of the 5 different walk leaders. I got a kick out of seeing Kathy Garver as a background exerciser. Lots more variety in the moves, too, compared to older Leslie walks.

In some preview pictures I saw kids as part of the group. Are they in every workout? I am considering this set, but I am not looking for workouts with kids in it. No offence to anyone.

Dana - I feel the same way you do. The kids are only in one mile - it’s either the 3rd or 4th mile of the 5-mile Walk.

I made another discovery in this set today. Leslie’s son is a background exerciser in the run walk.

When I saw her son participating in the Walk 15 set I thought it was a nice closure:
The first generation Miracle Mile walks were produced shortly after he was born and now he appeared in what seems to be her last (:() set.

Has she said this is her last set?

I can't find this set on Amazon. Is it only available through her website?
