YT Jenny Ford Walk Across America: Utah (30m)

(kept it low-impact; still dealing with injured toe, which is slowly healing -- first time wearing shoes in over a month)

I have so fallen off the wagon. 645, Stage 2, Week 8, Lower Body Strength. First workout since last Monday. I get up at 4, on road at 5, to be at school by 6. This week I am determined to leave at 3:45 on the dot so I can start my workout before 5.
