I woke up early to walk a client's dogs, came home and walked my dogs, and finished cleaning/adding paver sand to my patio! I had to go to a few stores to find the specific paver sand I needed, but I'm so happy it is done. :D I am exhausted after this project, but I think doing it in 90 degree sunshine made it more taxing.

The past 4 days I have been doing Cathe live workouts.
Today I did #352 Metabolic Weights and Loops. Yikes the loops part was tough. Well, the whole workout was a good one. I just love this format. |

Did this one repeatedly every Monday for a month. Have it down pat now. Last time was at 8" - should have done the 8" again as wasn't challenging cardio-wise. |
