I think I am close to being done. I will check through Jessica's channel later to make sure I have posted everything. I might add a "fifteen minutes or less" category. Does anyone have any other ideas? Sherry ETA: I just added the chair stretch, keeping your back happy, sunset stretch, thinner thighs workout, twenty minute core stretch, sole sculpt, weight loss workout for beginners and one sided strength workouts. |
