I wanted to workout to a dvd today but my husband decided to take a nap on our couch in the living room, which is my workout space. He hasn't been sleeping well and I didn't want to wake him. |

3 mile walk to the hits with Leslie. Read reviews that complained about her not keeping the beat. Guess I am oblivious to the beat and never noticed it. I enjoyed the walk.
Pilates Super Sculpt with Tracey Mallet this evening. This might be the workout that finally enables me to do a roll-up without cheating. It has some unique moves. Went on a 2 mile bike ride with my husband afterwards. It was a gorgeous day for a ride :-) |
