Gyroscope to strengthen hand, wrist, forearm
 

Just back from my chiropractor. She suggested using a gyroscope to avoid future injuries by strengthening my wrists and forearms. Your experiences pro and con, please.

I used one in the late 90's. I think Nordic Track made it. After playing with it for a day my wrists, arms and shoulders were so sore it was a chore to get food to my mouth. They work. It takes a minute or so to get the hang of it.
