is it in German, or English? is it recycled content of previous 10MS segments? i have Cat's 10MS Rapid Results Fat Burner.
i was chuckling to myself after clicking on the "translate to English" in the Amazon reviews section.

It is a German spoken. It could be a English dvd tranfered with German language over it called dubbing. I do not have it but when a dvd has German langue on the cover it is German spoken. It even could be a original 10 min solution dvd dubbed and with another cover.

Same name and I found on ebay on the German cover the same names for the 5 10 minute workouts: https://www.ebay.com/itm/Fit-for-Fun...75.c100623.m-1

So do not be fooled by another cover and translation.
By the way I do not have the workout. You better buy it with Amazon if you do not have it already.

It's likely an English DVD that was dubbed. They also changed the cover art which makes it more confusing, but Nelly seems to have found the right one.

Oddly enough, I searched for it on Amazon.de and couldn't find it.
