I did really well this month. I only had 3 days (so far) when I didn't work out. I usually average working out about 6 days a week, so April was better than normal for me. Really concentrating on my workouts has helped me tremendously during the shelter-at-home and pandemic situation. I'm so thankful for VF!! :sun:

I did well. I didn’t miss a day. I missed some days of yoga but overall I felt I did pretty good. This was a good way to stay strong, positive and hopeful this spring.

I'm happy with my results. I didn't have one day where I did absolutely nothing. I need to continue this through May and June so I can relax a little in July and August. I try to go into Summer strong because I have no a/c in my basement where I workout so I tend to go easier.

I got lazy about posting my last week, but I did something every day....Essentrics, yoga, Pilates, barre, walking, a little rebounding. :D
