Virtual Holiday Retreat for VFers
 

I brought up a possible Essentrics class for VFers in the gift exchange thread....but think it will get buried.

I just helped a fellow Essentrics instructor with a virtual retreat last weekend and got to thinking....what about a holiday virtual retreat for VFers? I know there are other fitness instructors on VF. What if we picked a weekend and offered classes on Zoom?

Any takers or fellow collaborators? I wear a lot of different hats including Essentrics, Yoga Tune Up, and a couple other things I dabble in.

For those of you that are camera shy....you can always turn off your camera on Zoom....although half the fun is waving to your friends!

I think it would be fun to offer a day or two of classes, talks, or whatever people would like to offer. I know we have other coaches and instructors....VF is a wealth of knowledgeable people.

I would be interested! I teach a variety of classes at my gym.

I am not an instructor but I would love this.

I would be happy to pay for the classes.

I am sorry I missed the Essentrics retreat. I would have participated in that for sure.
