I was just thinking that! So grateful to have a place with threads about what we love (exercise) and also help with talking about what we need (the new corona stuff).

I've wanted to say this so many times lately! Thank you for starting this thread...definitely agree!! :heart::sun::D

I was thinking recently that we are all WAY ahead of the curve in terms of having to exercise at home! :D

So true! A friend is a dedicated gym goer but of course now they're all closed. She's ordered several pieces of home gym equipment but having trouble getting heavier weights and plates for a barbell. While never totally dismissive of home exercising I always felt she thought she was doing more than I was. Instead of saying "ha - told you so", I just said "well, hope you're able to find what you're looking for.....". :)

Yes I'm very thankful for VF too. I've been visiting several times a day. Also loving all the new additional activity lately too:sun:

Love my VF life right now, finishing week 3 of my stay at home orders in Los Angeles. I’m thankful for all of my home workouts and equipment. I am sore but in a good way.
Wish I had some of my old FIRM VHS on dvd.
I used to teach 7 classes a week- barre, step, BodyStep, BodyAttack Pilates.
It’s a great time to get rethink what I really love doing.
