Good/Upbeat Music for Yoga?
 

Is there such a thing? I'm not a yoga person but willing to try again. To make yoga more bearable, are there any yoga workouts that have fun, upbeat, or heart thumping music? Lol

I watched a clip on YouTube and enjoyed it so much that I purchased the downloads (my first purchased download ever)!

Steve Ross had a show on tv and he has really good upbeat music. The show came on around 6:30am but I'm not sure if it still comes on. A few of the yogi's here enjoyed his workouts too.

Do you use buti as a system or add other workouts? I noticed this came with a 90 day calendar.

I just do it as an add on to other workouts.
