Actually Annie said in chat that each instructor filmed one and some more than one workout. So there will be a big system with this one.

Thanks for sharing this info. I have been interested in hearing about a new Firm system and I'm still interested. As much as I tried, I never got into Firm Express and eventually traded it. I hope this one is a keeper for me.
