I got 2 emails saying they were shipping this week but no tracking email or anything....so are they like just shipping today? I hope we get them soon as they sound wonderful!

No emails (yes, I checked my spam folder), no DVD.

Looking forward to everyone's review of these.

I'm really interested but have to be careful of exercises that put too much pressure on my wrists and elbows. Tracie's in plank position a lot in most of her newer workouts. But if there's a way to modify or skip the exercises that cause the most stress I'd definitely go for these.

I never get tracking stuff for Tracie's DVDs. They always just show up.
They have not shown up yet though!

Mary has these on her Coming Soon page with the expected in stock date of 2/21. $19.98. No clips though.

I just got a shipping email. They shipped today, 2/15 media mail so it might not be till middle or end of next week when we'll receive them. :(

Volume 1 is in stock at Mary's. The clip is up :sun: Volume 2 is expected in stock today. Even with Tracie's discount, it ends up cheaper at Mary's and faster shipping. Glad I waited and another thanks to Crescent Moon for heads up----I thought it would be a while before Mary had these.

It looks like Tracie had a completely new production team on this series.
Lighting, angles, camera work is all different from previous releases. All together, it makes it a little hard to see her. For me, at least. I like the closer camera shots of her previous work. And the brighter lights.

And I had been so excited about this series because she posted on FB about filming:

Sadly, I mistook that to mean "cast", but, I guess she literally meant the crew as in production crew? Color me disappointed!

The moves themselves look great but I really don’t like the darkness and all the shadows. Hope her next workouts go back to her previous lighting. Her talking to the camera overhead is also a little weird.

Ugh on the dark set with all the shadows. It's so unappealing — and so amateurish. Tracie has been in this business long enough to know better.

I feel the same as others about the clips. I don't like the set and the darkness of the set. That said, i love Tracie's workouts generally so if they are as good as her others, the set won't deter me.

I don't care about the set. The moves look good and I like that she has been adding more mobility work.

I like the chapters too. Should be able to utilize the DVD in different ways.

Ditto. I'm thankful Tracie is still producing home workout DVDs and would guess that the profit is marginal. The indie production values bother me not in the least. Judging by the clips, the moves are clearly visible. A well conceived workout trumps a bright and shiny set, IMO.

I have ordered both workouts.

I prefer her previous, brighter sets but I'll buy anything Tracie makes. I reach for her workouts again and again. Just ordered from Mary!

I'm hoping for an end of the week treat next week! Media mail takes weeks for my location so it is such a bonus to order from Mary this early. I only ordered volume 1 for now but if I keep it in the weekly line up for the next mos, I'll be back for volume 2. Should have time to hear reviews by then as well :heart:

I for one and glad that in this day and age Tracie is still doing dvds as an option! She probably doesn't have a huge budget and dvd production is expensive! Streaming is a lot cheaper as there isn't the overhead that there is with dvd production.

Her workouts are timeless and work! So I for one am glad to support someone who is still producing! She is like Anna in that she uses moves that are ahead of the curve at times. She uses more of the workout smarter not harder mindset and I like that!

I agree with mofirmer. I support the smaller instructors that are still putting out DVDs. It is expensive and i am pretty sure it will all be gone soon enough

Yes it is. I recall her saying early on in the production delay something about new production crew and such. A vague comment.

I am surprised at the darkness of the set, but I am certain the workouts will be great.

I really like the controlled way she does the exercises. Sometimes I feel like other instructors have too fast of a pace and you are slinging the weights around or doing really fast lunges and my form suffers.

Received a mailing notice two days ago.

impatiently waiting! ha ha. My shipping confirmation still says the label has been created only. That was from 2 days ago.

Sigh---Mary had the package ready on Saturday but President's Day slowed the mail. Maybe by Thursday or Friday.....will likely do it as soon as I have it in my hands :yummy:

I tracked my order from Tracie, appears it hasn't moved. I am hoping it shows up by end of week.

Tracked it again, just started moving yesterday so more than likely won't get until possibly Saturday. :(

I stand corrected, not expected until Monday, 2/24! So they really didn't ship last week as promised.....

Ordered November 16 and finally received my tracking notice yesterday, but Tracie and Co. haven't taken the package to the post office yet, so people who ordered from Total Fitness DVDs will likely receive their DVDs before I do. :(

That's was my prediction.
The multiple emails from Tracie telling me they were shipping "this week" for two weeks in a row and Mary already had in stock made me bet Mary could have it to folks faster... it's the way she rolls. :D

I ordered later than you guys so I guess that's why I haven't received a tracking notice.

I know I'll get them...when I do I will scrap what I'm doing to try them.

It is sorta like looking for Santa on the weather report though. :cool:

Thanks for saying Mary had them. With the 10off coupon and a small reward they ended up being cheaper than ordering from Tracie direct. I’m hopeful they’re worth the wait.

Well, Mary was fast but thanks to President's day, my package isn't due until Saturday. I guess weekend fun will have to do :D

I would be annoyed if I ordered them from Tracie. That's why I generally pass on preorders and wait until Mary has what I want. Most preorder discounts aren't worth the aggravation, especially when you factor in Mary's discount and/or free (fast) shipping.
