Never heard of her, but I see that trains a lot of celebrities (Jessica Alba, Halle Berry, Bradley Cooper, Anne Hathaway, etc).

If you want to get an idea of her style of workouts, she partnered with Glamour Magazine to create workouts for their Body By Glamour plan. You have to register with Glamour.com to get access:

oohhh....yes. I have the 321 Baby Bulge Be gone. They are not high production value, but I LOVE them. I did them for a long time ...was hooked on them. Getting ready for work and gotta go....but hopefully, I'll have time to tell you more about them later....oh and I just ordered the new one! I like her style. She's low key, down to earth and trains smart!

I'm not good at reviews ......just to warn you...but here goes:

okay....the music is sort of porn'ish.....if that's a word. Boom chic a wow, wow....LOL. She is working out with her Mom in most of them. Her Mom is
70, I believe and a true inspiration. They look like they are working out in her living room? (like I said low quality production - sound isn't that great)

Levels 1 and 2 are too easy - on the shorter side, 20 for level 1 and 30 for 2. I string them together to make a longer workout.

I think she rotates core segments with weight segments and also cardio segments. She also tells you that you can go run on the treadmill for the cardio instead of following her. She does hip hop dance for cardio, but you REALLY have to put your all into it to get your HR up. It's simple and easy to follow. She is low key, professional and I like her.

I can't remember if there is a cooldown, warmup or stretch on each one. Haven't done them for a while. I think there is a kickbox cardio segment on one of the workouts also.

Like I said before, they used to be my favorite workouts for a while. I did them all of the time. I'll probably pull one out again soon, but right now, I'm on an all pilates regimen as I'm trying to rehab my spine.

Hope that helps a bit
