VF Hall of Shame: Vote here!

(SEE MY POST AT THE END OF THE THREAD FOR THE FINAL LIST)
I emailed Wendy, asking if this was OK, and got her approval. I'd like to have a thread containing videos for the VF Hall of Shame--videos we would NOT recommend to anyone.

To keep this from getting nasty, please do "NOT nominate videos [you] hated personally, but which do have redeeming qualities for people with different interests/preferences/abilities. We want this list to be strictly 'bottom of the barrel' stuff like the two you mentioned--videos that NO ONE should buy under any circumstances except, perhaps, for a few laughs at VF get-togethers." (direct quote from WWWendy)

The two I mentioned were the Zsa Zsa video (nobody actually exercises, and who dresses like that for ANYTHING, let alone working out?) and the 10 Best DVD available apparently everywhere, that doesn't really contain any workouts.

I think another might be the Alan Harris workout available now at Ross, is it Total Circuit Training? I've never seen it, but haven't heard anything good about it ever.

Errr, are we allowed to mention "SHE_WHO_MUST_NOT_BE_NAMED"?

Short answer--let's avoid that topic please. Thanks.

Does Body Flex qualify?

I think our nominations should be for videos/DVDs that may have been meant to be workouts, but just aren't.

How about the one with the woman who does the whole workout in high heels? Is it Maria Conchita Alonso?

That's "Hot Fitness- Dance It Up". It deserves a place on the Shelf of Shame- for sure!

I think I'd vote for Jane Fonda's Pregnancy Workout. Just was just awful (and FWIW, I generally loved most of Jane's workouts in the day).
