This looks awesome! The sliding discs are not used for this workout, right? Just a barre or chair and 2 sets of weights? I bet this one is TOUGH!!!!!! I want this one for sure!!!!!

This looks really good. And I love the camera angles!!!! They show the moves from front, side, back, and above...this is so incredibly helpful and I've not seen such good camera work on any barre dvd (and I've seen a lot!!).

They also use a firewalker band for arm and leg toning.

I've never seen a pink versa loop. I wonder if they will sell them on the site?

I was kind of thrown by the db's and band. I guess I haven't been following the description because I thought it would be all barre.

This looks like the Barre workout I'm been waiting for since the first Pure Barre and Squeeze. I'm hoping she hits the back and chest enough which is usually lacking in most Barre workouts.
