Tracey's Glute Camp
 

What results did you get with Glute Camp? I love this workout and wonder how to fit it in my current Cathe Pyramids rotation. Is it the same type of workout? How do you use Glute Camp in your rotation? Glute Camp seems more endurance based. Will it help build muscle? I would like to have a bubble butt! Thanks in advance!

Marika, which iballet would You suggest for a rounder butt ? If only grace would release the dvds........ :o
