Butt blaster machine: 3 x 15 Pull up machine: 3 x 5-6 Kettlebell deadlifts 3 x 10 Dumbbell overhead presses 3 x 8 Goblet squat 3 x 10 Treadmill 15 minutes |
I was in the mood for fun cardio choreography, so who fits the bill? None other than Christi Taylor. I did an oldie, Hi Lo Heaven stage 1 & 2. Followed up with ICE abs. I worked up a good sweat.
