Petra Kolber on Fitnessglo
 

Hi all,
I'm really missing Petra's fitnessglo cardio :-(
They weren't hard to learn, the music was awesome, and she's just so wonderful in those.

These were just perfect for me. They got my heart rate in the cardio zone, but never too long in the peak range. I can't do too much "peak" cardio because my adrenals are struggling.

For anyone who has Petra's DVDs, which are most like her fitnessglo stuff?

I never tried her Fitness Glo offerings . Did they have TIFT?

Is that site gone now? I'm sorry for the dumb questions, but I didn't keep up with it since I didn't have a good way to stream it in my workout space.

Yes, fitnessglo is offline now. There were tons of Petra workouts on there. Yes, they did include TIFT, which I think is common for Petra.
I had some of her old Reebok videos (Sweat Factory & Hi-Lo Aerobic) and they also were TIFT.
