physique 57 online workouts
 

has anyone tried these? i love the dvds. i am looking to follow their monthly challenge and want to see what i have already that would be an appropriate substitution on the days they list their "cardio" workouts.

They're sooooo good! The only one I haven't done is the prenatal, but the other two are excellent workouts. Cardio is basically a lot of push-ups and thigh work, so it's def. not straight up cardio. Unless you are really used to push-ups, it will probably leave you pretty sore the next day. FIT is mostly floor work. Very challenging.

Did you guys get the email that they teamed with Erin Andrews and a new DOWNLOAD will be available in Dec?

Thanks! I sure wish they'd make new workouts available for download, esp. if they're not going to be making any more DVDs (which I think I read on VF somewhere). There are still a good number of us for whom streaming doesn't work.

I read the email, too, and I'm thinking it's streaming. They categorized it as a 'new online workout available for download in Dec.' Then said 'check out our other online workouts.' So I'm assuming it's the same streaming format as the others.

Bummer... but I'll take what I can get.

I asked for clarification on their FB. We'll see their response. They have to know they are losing serious $$ with the way they are doing things. Hopefully it will be downloadable.

Yes, I def. don't think the streaming model has been the money maker they hoped it would be... otherwise they surely would have added additional content by now. Their plan initially was to add new workouts quarterly.
