Shoe Question
 

I need a new shoe for my workouts. I will using them on a wood floor. Would like good lateral support and good cushioning. I may have to put arch support but am used to that. WHat shoes do you like?

I really like Rykas. I've tried a couple cross-trainers, but the Ryka Influence is my absolute favorite.

I've also used New Balance but their cross-trainers have changed (not for the better). I've liked Asics cross-trainers, but Ryka Influence seem to have more cushion.

My two favorite shoes for my workouts are Ryka for cardio and Nanos for weight lifting or circuit training.

I would suggest you find a shop that specializes in fitness shoes and get their input. Going to one for good walking shoes was one of the best decisions I've made.
