I had an early company meeting, hour drive each way.
So I did: Yoga with Adrienne, morning yoga before and a 15 minute Sarah Beth yoga after. |
KateTT was kind enough to send me KCM's Build and Burn so I had to try it out! I did Cardio Core, which I really enjoyed. Kelly says there is no time for water breaks in this workout and she wasn't kidding! It moves fast and time flew! I also did the Upper Body Supersets workout. I liked this workout, too, but I think I'll have to bump up my weight on a few of the moves. I can't wait to try the other workouts in this set. :heart:
