Beachbody RevAbs clip
 

Here's a clip from the upcoming RevAbs series: RevAbs. Thought some folks might be interested.

I like a lot of the moves I see, but others make me cringe knowing that I have NOWHERE near the coordination required to make them look as nice and fluid as this guy. Thankfully, I work out at home, with only my kids making fun of me. :)

I don't know any details about the program, just noticed the clip this morning. If people are interested, I'll see if I can scare up some additional information.

This looks great! I am having my baby in June.. i think this will get the abs back fast for sure! When is it due out??

That looks interesting. It seems to have some crossover with the Insanity concept, although this does use weights as well as bodyweight. I'll be interested in hearing specifics of what the program entails. I sure hope the cartwheels aren't mandatory!

He seems a little too _______ to me. Oh what word am I looking for? Hyper? I can't quite put a finger on it. Some of the moves look interesting and it looks like you could even use kettlebells for some of the moves, but I'll be getting P90X before I think about getting this one.

Ooh, I like. But I wish Beachbody would just put out a darn DVD sometime and not a whole $100+ "system."

I think it looks great, but my goodness! He makes Tony Horton seem mellow and serene. That might be too much for me. (although once I'm actually working out and not previewing I can put up with stuff that makes me crazy in preview)

I wonder what the specs are? How many workouts, that sort of thing?
