New Chris Freytag on Exercise tv

I noticed some new videos on exercise tv for April.
I tried one called 10 lb Slimdown Core (there are 5 to pick from).
Chris F. was the lead. It was about 20 minutes. I really
enjoyed it. I checked their site and it will also be available as a dvd next week.
I'm going to try some of the other segments. The core one seemed a
little more challenging than her other Prevention workouts.

Are they free online or are they downloads that you have to purchase? I love Chris Freytag.

They're on Exercise TV On Demand through Comcast, but juliel may have another provider.

FYI: also On Demand (Mag Rack) are a Margaret Richard 25 minute workout and Exhale Core Fusion Pilates.

i have viewed them and will be doing the upper body one tomorrow, however, i have yet to find the yoga one on the schedule yet. the rest of the workout and the plan that you can print out on the computer look good.

I have Time Warner Cable. :)

I have Comcast, and the Yoga one is missing for me too! Bummer.
The rest look great, and I will be doing the rotation after I finish my current series.

Thank you for posting this, I saw it last night and that's what I did for my workout this morning but I did the 10lb slimdown blast it was a good workout I've found I really like Chris a lot. I couldn't find the yoga one either looks like a good one.

Exercise TV On Demand doesn't usually have all the workouts that are available on the dvd, I guess as a tease.

TWC doesn't have the yoga one either. I tried the Blast one this eve. I really liked it as well! I may have to buy the dvd! i'm going to wait a bit though. i think they may lower the price. They have been having a lot of sales lately.

I did the lower body workout today. If you like step back lunges, static lunges, and squats, this is for you. My legs were shaking and I was sweating! And I thought it was going to be easy. To be fair to my poor legs, they haven't gotten much action other than Leslie in over a month.

I previewed Blast and it looks like it gets the whole body good. I think I'll do it on Friday if I'm feeling up to it.

Is anyone doing/going to do the rotation?
