Beginner strength workouts

I probably should know the answer to this but I don't:p. DD has informed me she would like to start some weight training workouts. She's done some bodyweight workouts before but she wants to try the dumbbells now. She's looking for short workouts. I'm thinking youtube or even apps work best for her. I'm woefully ignorant in those areas, especially apps. So any basic, short suggestions? She gets bored easily so short is the key word here. ;) TIA

I’m currently obsessed with Kaleigh Cohen on YouTube. (She had a strength channel and a spin channel.)

Most of her full body strength workouts are 30 minutes long, but she also has some shorter parts workouts (10 min arm workout, 15 min lower body workout). I think she’s very easy to follow and very encouraging. And she has a cute dog in an armchair.

Right now she’s in the middle of a New Years rotation (“Rebel”) but she has plenty of older content.

If she doesn't mind an older instructor, Lift With Cee has a beginner series that are 35 minutes or shorter. The exercises are listed in the description.

Oh wow!! Thank you all so much. Great suggestions I will be looking into all of them. Hey maybe I'll be trying out a few for myself.:D

One of the workouts in Fitness Blender's playlist was Total Body Strength for People Who Get Bored Easily. LOL. That sounds right up her alley.

Thanks so much again everyone!

Yeah good point! I guess after years of seeing me work out she thinks her old mom might know a thing or two. lol

Being young, I think she might like Mossa:

It's very Les Mills like. Their 30 minute workouts are great (these are older workouts so look for lower number; i.e. Power 1, Blast 1, etc.
