Bellyfit TV

Bellyfit is launching an online "tv" channel. There will be one new episode posted every Friday through May for eleven episodes total. It looks like the episodes can be downloaded and are $11.00 each.

For International Women's Day, they are offering the first class for free, but you need to contact them to get a coupon code. I wrote them for the code but have not heard back yet.

The workouts are 45 minutes each and combine cardio/strength/stretch. There is a small clip at the link above.

Yes :sun: I get their newsletter, they are so generous! Maybe if you sign up for the newsletter, it may automatically arrive?

I always try facebook too, sometimes it reaches people faster.

It downloaded ok.

At the risk of sounding like a complete idiot, how (or with which program) do you burn downloads to disc? (Yes I'm a dinosaur. :o)

I just play the downloads on my computer or download the file to an external drive and play it that way on the laptop.

Barb (horsemom) is one of the experts on how to do the VF tech stuff.

That's true, Barb is a techie maverick and maven. :)

I just found her blog!

She uses Freemake software, I think these are instructions.

Thanks, Cybersparkle! I'm downloading the free anti-malware as I type. :)

I use Freemake Video Downloader and then Freemake Video Converter to put the downloads onto a DVD.

I got permission to share the code which expires at midnight. It is "freegrounding."
