This looks good! Except - what's with the protein powder? Everyone offers that crap any more. I still have two things of Shakeology I'm slowly going through as I prefer real food.

I wonder how long the workouts are. I love both his 4x4 workouts!

Man, if its the same level as his individual releases (the bootcamp ones) . . I dont know how Im gonna find the money, but Ill have to!

"Each Katami4x4 workout DVD is approximately 45-50 minutes in length. Each Katami2x4 workout session is approximately 25-30 minutes in length. Each Katmai4x4 Repair session is approximately 30 minutes in length."

They seem to be suggesting at least four of the longer workouts a week, plus 2 of the shorter ones (that part is a little unclear to me, whether the shorter ones are additions or can be replacements), then the Repair after every workout.

And - they say you need a 12' x 12' space to work out in (not very apartment-friendly :eek:).
