Mat under step
 

Hello. I workout on carpet and my step moves/slides during workouts. Can anyone recommend a mat to go under the step? I see some treadmill mats look like the right size, just thought I’d ask for advice before purchasing one. Thanks!!

I just use a regular yoga mat under mine and have plenty of room.:)

I use one of my old exercise bands. It works great. :)

I have the rubber grip stuff that goes under rugs on wood or tile floors

I have a "travel size" yoga mat that I put under mine and it is perfect
