Is that a compilation dvd?

Yes, it's a compilation. Some of us are guessing that the 2 toning workouts are the Short Cuts which are crazy-expensive to buy now. At least... that's what I'm hoping for! :D

Thanks for posting. I want this because it has Walk Away Your Stress on it, and it's of her old videos. I love the older ones better than the new ones.

I also prefer the older videos. I transferred my VHS of Walk Away Your Stress onto dvd-r.

Thanks for posting the listing of the workouts that are included.

Anytime someone mentions a Target store getting in a dvd early, the one near me never has them anyway...

I love compilations!:) I have always wanted Walk Away Your Stress (just because the title sounds like a good idea-LOL). Thanks for posting; I'll put this one on my wish list!
