I know I said it was only Cathe and Jessica Smith this year, but Misty is another automatic YES :D

I just signed up for streaming and am enjoying it. I’ve done HIIT 1, so plan to check out HIIT 2 this week. Heather is okay, but I prefer Misti.

I am going to pass. They are all starting to run together for me, and they are expensive. I have enough of Misty's dvds.

YogaPam, could you let us know how long each HIIT 2 workout is?

Hi Bubbles! There are 5 workouts ranging from 29 to 33 minutes.

I may be with Sherry on this one :o . If it's just 5 workouts at around 30 minutes each in the entire HIIT 2 collection, I'm not sure if that's worth $45 dollars (because you have to pay shipping and tax) if I already have all of Misty's other workouts. It's not on Amazon yet, or I might bite.

Yes, I agree that is pricey! I caved on her streaming when she had a discount last week. I love variety so streaming works well for me.

I already have the Fit and original Hiit on dvd. What are your favorite Body Grooves?

My favorite is actually her Strong, Calm, Alive set.
