Gaiam Barre - what prior releases are included?

these 2 appear to be re-releases of The Method. what prior releases are included on the first one? The second one is similar, just fewer minutes of content.

(1)
Barre & Balance - 2013, 205 min, 4 workouts on 4 discs
https://www.amazon.com/dp/B00E1HIWX0...=I6HIWV7ED27AF

on the re-release, the description shows the following (these are not the original names from The Method):
60 Pilates Blend
45 Barre pilates
60 Yoga Flow
40 Yoga Fusion

~ i can't find an image of the back of the label. if you have it, i'm guessing that the names of the prior releases are listed at the very BOTTOM of the label, the way it shows on "Barre for Beginners" described below.

~previous VF thread (lacks original titles): http://www.videofitness.com/~vfwnk/f...d.php?t=195926

(2)
Barre for Beginners - 2014, 75 min, 3 workouts on 1 disc
https://www.amazon.com/GAIAM-Barre-B...vies-tv&sr=1-1
on the re-release, the label shows the following (these are not the original names from The Method):
Barre Blend - 45
Firm and Burn - 15
Tighten and Tone - 15

i saw an image of the back of the DVD case, and derived the following from other sources:
- The Method Standing Pilates Blend (Katalin Zamiar) - 45 min
- The Method Target Specifics (Jennifer Kries), 15 min & 15 min (not sure which 2 segments)

***

Gaiam is notorious for re-packaging older stuff. i'm interested in getting the first one if it includes The Method Standing Pilates Blend by Katalin Zamiar.

I foolishly bought one of those a couple of years go. Don't remember which one, but IMO you're better off getting just the Standing Pilates Blend, also released as The Method Pilates Fusion.

I agree. Katalin Zamiar's standing pilates workout is the only DVD I kept throughout years of dabbling with Method workouts.

Looking at the first set - my recollection of Method yoga workouts is that they range from mediocre to pretty awful. Yoga Fusion sounds a lot like Pilates All In One Workout. If it is, that was also not good - complicated dance steps and lots of flubs.

ok, the Barre & Balance set costed almost the same as buying Standing Pilates Blend by itself, so i decided to be the guinea pig. i was also hoping it might include Integrated Yoga, and it does - just the first of the 2 segments. hopefully one day i'll get to watch the second led by Marjon Conteau.

these are the segments:

Disc 1:
"Pilates Blend" - Arms segment followed by Hips segment, each about 15 min apiece, Jennifer Kries
Original workout: The Method Target Specifics 1999, Arms and Hips segment

Disc 2:
"Barre Pilates" - 45 min, Katalin Zamiar
Original workout: The Method Standing Pilates Blend, 2003

Disc 3:
"Yoga Flow" - 2, 20-min segments, seated then standing, Jennifer Kries
Original workout: The Method Precision Yoga, 2002, "Strength & Vitality" and "Flexibility & Range of Movement"

Disc 4:
"Yoga Fusion" - 20 min Lisa Wheeler
Original workout: The New Method 20/20 Integrated Yoga, 2002, 1st segment only
