WOW, those are some short clips:p looks interesting but it is too expensive for me to even consider buying:o

I am tempted...I love athletic cardio, I have all the equipment, and I absolutely love short workouts....hmmmm

Seems a little too expensive for more of the same. There is nothing that really makes it different or a must-have for me.

I didn't like the look or the feel of these.

he has the men's version http://athleanx.com/#. physical therapist and strength/condition athletic training coach, good creds, but for being new on the scene with short clips. asking WAY to much.

these look good. I'm going to keep my eyes on them. I wish the clips were longer

It really does look like more of the same.

These don't look unique but they do look like solid, no-gimmick workouts. I like the spare, professional-gym set. Too bad we can't hear the music and cueing, and I'm not wild about the 'coming Wednesday! coming Thursday!' reveal of the rest of the DVDs in the set. If you want me to pay $150, I'd like to know now what I'm getting.
