StudioMixx founder was co-creator of Dream Body (rumor I heard, but have not verified myself). Her stuff is really similar. Right now, she only has a 30-minute download available, but I understand new downloads *and* DVDs are coming soon.

That's really the only drawback to Casey's workouts, which is the way she talks. Sometimes I can tolerate it, other times I can't. But she does have very good workouts, that are short and to the point.

The new DB set is chaptered I believe so you can do 30 min of cardio or 30 min of sculpting. That may be an option.
